Welcome! I'm very thrilled to share my love of cooking with all of you. I've always enjoyed trying out new recipes from other cuisines. I created this page to encourage others to enjoy eating while remaining healthy. My meals include ingredients that promote gut health, skin care, stress reduction, and weight loss and maintenance. Cooking can be tedious and time-consuming as a college student; however, most dishes can be prepared in a few minutes and packed for meal preparations.
